Downtown Davis 3/4/E/F parking structure proposed
The City of Davis is considering constructing a new, five-story parking garage in the block of 3rd, 4th, E and F Streets, on the site of the existing city-owned parking lot. It would contain shops fronting E and F Streets at ground level. It is estimated to cost $14 million or more, with approximately $11 specifically for car parking.

As of October 2011, The City of Davis has shifted its emphasis to a Downtown Parking and Access plan, to study problems and possible solutions, with the new parking structure as one of the options being considered.
